- I disagree with the statement because there are some people who don't use debit or credit cards to pay so the prices would still be the same without any cards or coins.
- Disagree, this could just mean you don't have enough money and you need to save up some more money in order to pay for the product.
- Disagree credit is when you buy merchandise and pay for it later than the day you are buying it.
-Agree, credit is good to use in desperate situations when you cant pay in cash or debit.

1. Planning is deciding what to do do in the future of a business and Organizing is bringing together ideas and grouping them. Staffing is trying to keep the business managed with workers and directing is like leading the workers in the business and Controlling is adding discipline into the equation. An advantage is people get to say what they would like to which causes them to feel good. A Disadvantage is that they would have a lot of arguments and not like what some of the opinions are.                                                      

Its going great right now we had our first customer who got us 10 dollars. I loved working with many teachers. Two months ago i took a religious course at the uofc and the instructor was hilarious. Not only did he do the most charlie chaplain, or Jim Carey type behaviour, he changed the mood from excitement into extreme excitement. He also made everyone cry their hearts out as he told us it was time to repent for all our sins. he said that no matter what you do no matter how extreme your sin was if you repent to God he would not only forgive you but he would also erase your sins. he motivated to work harder in my life to never lie and to always repent to God whenever I wanted to and not hate myself. In my business I can implement this by being fair with the customer.

Declining products

DVD, Blurays, VHS, etc. Any rentable or buyable movie format will very soon be extinct. Mainly because there is so much on the internet and it is easy to download and watch things without having to leave your bedroom. 

That you could put whatever you want on to a bunch of pages and sort of let others know a little bit more about you. I wish we would have been given the opportunity to personalize more than 4 pages. Youth who  are my age and would like to put their interests on a page, because at our young age we like to put ideas and like to express our ideas on a page. I could tell people which website to visit and show them my yearbook and let them decide the rest.

Ads: Radio ads, Tv ads, Magazine Ads, Posters, Info sessions. I hate the windows millenium ad, mainly because it is so long and they just go on and on about all the improvements they have made for the windows operating system even though windows millennium was their worst operating system. I like this old sprite ad from 10 years back in which they have a basketball star drinking sprite and encouraging youth  to drink sprite to become like                                                                         Bad ad

The Windows ad doesn't work for me because it doesn't tell you what the ad is really about. You just get a picture of coloured windows that say Microsoft Windows Millennium Edition. The Apple ad works for me even though its the most basic thing i have ever seen. I like the ad because it has a very deep meaning. This ad basically says that the people at apple want you to think differently than everyone else by buying their products.

The concept of Guerrilla Marketing was invented as an unconventional system of promotions that relies on time, energy and imagination rather than a big marketing budget. Typically, guerrilla marketing campaigns are unexpected and unconventional, potentially interactive, and consumers are targeted in unexpected places. I like the quarter trick on the ground because that was really creative and it was cool. I dont know what else to say so im just gonna fill the last line up with words just to get 5/5 on the opening activity. So do i get 5/5 on the opening activity?

Yes i think they are right about generation Y and I think that it is good that they want consumers to buy more. We can think about how to make this more appealing for youth and not just for teachers. We want to mainly look at at youth who are not good with digital technology.

Customer service cab story

This story teaches me that customer service is about being friends with your customer and not you just serving them and them getting served. Customer loyalty is when you service a customer in the best quality you can. Customer relations is being friendly and welcoming to the customer. Customer experience is the experience the customer receives during the time you spent together. This is what i had just learned from this story.

Yes, you can do that if it is not profitable because the money still goes to the main offices and they can pay of the debts. Because when the owners of the company has all the money then they can pay of there debts if they have any, this will cause them to want them to pay off these vile things.

Asset: Assets are economic resources. Anything tangible or intangible that is capable of being owned or controlled to produce value and that is held to have positive economic value is considered an asset.
